Flat fees
The whole fee, before you hire us
Each fee is flat, covers our work for that kind of case from start to finish, and goes into a written agreement. What isn’t ours to charge is listed below.

The offer and the written agreement
Court filing fees go to the court ($338 for Chapter 7, $313 for Chapter 13), and the credit course fees go to the course providers. You can ask the court to waive the Chapter 7 filing fee if your income is low. A settlement amount goes to the creditor, not to us.
How the fee gets paid
Why do you charge before filing Chapter 7?
A fee owed after filing would itself be wiped out, so the law makes Chapter 7 fees payable first. We split it into installments to make that possible.
Can the fee change once I hire you?
Only if your case turns into a different one, such as a lawsuit from a creditor, and only after you agree in writing.
Do you take cards?
Yes, along with bank transfers and money orders.
